You should receive an invoice within 30 days from the end date of your course.
If you require and specific documentation or specifics on the invoice now is the time to let us know by contacting the NOLS Wilderness Medicine Program Team.

The Instructors for your course have standard operating procedures for returning NOLS gear to NOLS Headquarters. Occasionally they may ask you for help coordinating a shipping pick up. Instructors should communicate with you in these cases.
In the event of multiple courses within 30 days of each other you may be asked to store gear for a following course.
